Association Leaders AI Bootcamp (February 8th and 9th 2025)
We are excited to announce our new Corporate Leaders AI Bootcamp series!
If you’ve been grappling with how to adopt an AI strategy - like many association leaders - we have a workshop and materials to get you started. Come and join us for a two-day immersive workshop and leave with tangible next steps. This workshop and “starter pack” includes a two-day training, an organizational AI policy template, a self-study packet (to complete following the workshop), and five hours of consultation to help you strategize next steps. In addition to the workshop and materials, participants will have access to an alumni Slack channel where we will continue to answer questions and post white papers.

In-person Workshop Day 1: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Optional Dinner day 1: Chef Geoff at 6:30 PM (please note dinner is included in the cost of the workshop)
In-person Workshop Day 2: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Workshop Series Includes:
Two-day in-person immersive workshop with maximum of 25 participants (lunch provided each day)
Organizational self-study and AI-readiness packet
Five hours of AI consultation (to be used any time in the next three months)
Access to repository of AI materials/slides including:
AI organizational policy template
Resource for recommended free AI tools to increase work efficiency
AI tool vetting guide
Access to alumni Slack channel for a steady stream of resources, white papers, and ongoing conversations

Workshop Learning Objectives:
Understand AI Fundamentals: Gain a solid understanding of how AI solutions are developed, AI systems’ strengths/limitations, and key concepts such as neural networks, AI orchestration, and how AI results are generated.
Identify AI Applications: Analyze real-world case studies to understand AI’s applications and architecture in various industries and their impact on productivity and decision-making.
Evaluate AI Readiness: Learn key indicators of AI readiness and apply these concepts to your own organization, including data quality, data consolidation, and infrastructural requirements.
Develop an AI Strategy: Create an initial AI strategy that aligns with your association’s goals and addresses challenges such as member segmentation, membership retention, and new product development. (note - this learning outcome comes after completing the self-study packet and consulting sessions offered after the workshop).
Understand AI Governance: Learn to establish ethical AI governance frameworks, focusing on data privacy, security, and bias mitigation.
Manage AI Change Effectively: Master the ADKAR change management framework to cultivate an AI-ready culture and guide successful adoption across the organization.
